Brizo [ UTS x Our Revolution ]
In this project, we were asked to design a unique brand identity for a new sleep product company and sustainable packaging for the brand’s weighted blanket - a sleep aid product which helps promote better quality sleep through gently creating pressure on the user’s body while sleeping.
This brief was developed for third year Visual Communication students as collaboration between the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and industry partner Our Revolution.

BRANDING

The name of my brand, BRIZO, is derived from the Ancient Greek word “βρίζω” meaning “to slumber”, and is the name of the Goddess of the Sea and Dreams. In Greek mythology, Brizo is responsible for protecting fishermen and sailors as well as creating and interpreting dreams.
The target audience for my brand consists primarily of Australians aged 15-25 suffering from poor quality sleep seeking non-invasive sleep solutions that do not rely on medical intervention.
Throughout the project, I was able to iterate based on feedback provided by contemporary industry professionals from design agency Our Revolution during a series of concept pitch presentations and a final presentation showcasing the final outcomes.
